Welcome to the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show, an exclusive event for business opportunities, networking, and learning. It will bring together CGNA Members, Preferred Vendors, and Service Providers for a dynamic and rewarding experience.

Who can attend the CGNA Conferences?

The CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show is a private event open to CGNA Members and Preferred Vendors. If you are a CGNA Member or a Preferred Vendor, we encourage you to attend and take advantage of this opportunity.

Cost to register for this event?

MEMBER DISTRIBUTORS

Admission includes access to keynote, panel discussions, workshops, receptions, the trade show, and committee discussions.

First Attendee: $285

Additional Attendees: $750

Where to book your guest room?

If you plan to stay at the conference venue, the room rate is $229 per night, plus taxes and fees. We have negotiated a special group rate for the event, so make sure to book your room early to secure this discounted rate, as there is a limited number of rooms available.

When should I arrive and depart from the conference?

The CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show will begin with an optional golf tournament on September 10 at 8 AM, followed by the Welcome Reception at 5 PM. The last meeting will conclude on September 13 at noon. 

Who will be attending this conference?

All registered attendees, including CGNA Members, Service Providers, and Preferred Vendors, will have access to the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show. At the event, a real-time roster listing all attendees will be available so you can easily connect with others. Additionally, one week before the conference, you will receive a PDF roster with the names of all the individuals registered to attend.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code, but we recommend business casual attire for all CGNA events. We want you to feel comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere throughout the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

If for any reason, you need to cancel your attendance at the CGNA Fall Conference & Trade Show, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

Full refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
 

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds for the room rate will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy, which may differ from the event's cancellation policy.
